SLJ W3 D1 A1 Meat and three veg.

I like the meat and three veg rule, and yes I do like eating 1950s dinner because we eat 1950s dinners, we often have meat and three veg.

  1. Hey Caleb!

Yuuuum I like my meat and three veg too! I most definitely could eat meat and three veg every night.
What is your favourite meat and three veg combo?
I think mine would be: Steak with mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower (with cheese sauce!) and maybe some beans.

Looking forward to reading your next blog post!
    Ellee :)

    1. Hi Ellee
Thank you for reading my blog, I would love steak too, and lots of broccoli and beans and a little bit of mashed potato with gravy.
I love the broccoli and beans from our green house, do you grow some of your own veggies?
      Thanks

    1. Hi Caleb!

That's awesome that you grow your own vege's! I have a small planter box outside my room but I can't decide which vege's to plant in there ....any ideas?
Mmmmmm Mashed potatoes and gravy is the best, my poppa made these so well so the dish has a special place in my heart...and stomach! :)

    2. Hi Ellee, When Me and Mum wanted to start planting,we think about which veggies are our favoute, and which we use the most every day.
My favroute is Broccoli and Capcacums and Beans so we are growing them, and we use potatoes and lettuces and carrots alot so we have planted them too. we are also growing sweetcorn, pumpkins, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, cellary and cabbage and some herbs, and sometimes we grow something for fun, we are growing sunflowers for fun, their flowers are soooo big.
I hope this will help you to pick what you want to grow.

    3. Hi Caleb!

Thanks so much, that is really helpful! In that case I think we might grow some broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, lettuce and maybe some potatoes!

You must have quite a big garden? That's really cool!
I also used to have sun flowers in my Mum's garden when I was little. The flowers are really huge!

Your garden sounds really impressive, if you want to you can post a picture of it on your blog!

Thanks for the great advice with my own garden!
      Ellee :)
