Going to the Hokitika pool

Today mum took me to  the pools in Hokitika I had a great time, we got green onion chips and one twirl that we shared, we got it for a special treat out of the vending machine it was my first time.

 At the pools it was cold at first so I got a pool toy and when I was playing on it, it tipped when I was playing on it then the pool wasn't cold anymore.I thought the pool was so refreshing.

    It is really cool to see you back on your blog posting again! Awesome work!
    I am not sure if you knew but because the Summer Learning Journey is still going (it finishes tomorrow, Friday, at midnight) you get two bonus points for any extra posts you do on your blog! Pretty cool aye!

    I really enjoyed reading about your day at the pool and seeing your pictures - it looked like a lot of fun!
    I used to try stand up on the floaties like you when I would go to the pool too! Its pretty tricky and you look like you were proper surfing in the pool! Very cool :)

    That's really exciting that you had your first treats from the vending machine too, I love the green onion chips photo!!
    Did you go with your brothers?? Was anyone else with you?

    This was a really cool post Caleb, I love the photos and the little story about what happened throughout the day, great job!

      Hi Ellee
      I didn't know I would get points for my pool blog thats cool.
      It was just Mum and Me while my brothers were in preschool, Mum and Me and a special day together before I go back to school, We went to the pools then we went to a cafe for lunch, we had fish, chips and salad. Then we went to the movies, we saw the new Tad the explorer, Which I enjoyed. Then it was time to pick up the boys.

      Oh that sounds like an amazing day you had with your Mum!
      I am glad that you got to spend a special day with her before school, it is always nice to have alone time wiht your parents.
      That sounds like a delicious lunch!
      I just watched the trailer and Tad the Lost Explorer looks pretty cool - action packed!!
